 Remembering Kevin

We mourn the loss of a friend, a teammate, a father, a husband, a son and a brother who was needlessly taken from us when he was hit by a motorist while on a group ride. Kevin may the road always be smooth where you are riding now.

Over the past seven years, Lactic Acid Cycling has been very successful in sustaining its annual goals in racing and recreational riding. We invite you to learn more about the club.

 Saturday Morning Group Rides

Depart From: Idaho Mountain Touring (corner of 13th and Main in downtown Boise)
Depart Time (Spring 2009 hours): 9:00am Beginning May 1st

By the way . . . unless otherwise noted, all Saturday morning club rides are no drop. This means that the group will not leave you behind. However, in order not to struggle, you should be able to ride comfortably at 15-18 mph with a group. Early in the ride, we split the group into two -- one that rides long and one that rides short. Distances are typically decided before the ride leaves from the shop.

This ride is our regularly scheduled group ride.  However, feel free to post additional rides and invite your fellow LAC members to join you!
